We are not fans of Sloppy Joes BUT I found this recipe and decided to try it for a Sunday evening meal. My husband and I both enjoyed it - had seconds! The only change I made was to add some chicken broth to the meat while it was simmering - that added more flavor and some additional sauce. This is a keeper.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Made this for dinner with the Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe. Had some leftover Pork Tenderloin, so I cut down the cooking time and added celery to the sliced carrots. It turned out to be an excellent dinner - will add this to my repetoire. Thanks for the recipe.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Made this for dinner for the two of us and served it with the Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce. We both really liked both recipes. Both are definitely keepers.
