Anne's Fabulous Grilled Salmon
Just made this tonight, and didn't have time to extend marinating time, but very flavorful anyway. Didn't have fresh basil, so used 1 Tbsp of Pensy's dried basil, and no shallots, so used 1 Tbsp of dried minced onion. Can't wait to try this with all the fresh ingredients and try marinating longer, tho I hesitate to marinate fish too long as it can tend to break down too much. The heavy foil "boat" worked perfectly with skin sticking so served just the delicious and flavorful flesh of the wild caught sockeye salmon bought frozen and thawed. Do try this - it's delicious!

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes
Served this to company tonight along with grilled filet mignon with an herb rub and roasted haricots vert. The potatoes were excellent! Made the recipe as written and stirred the potatoes after 30 min to be sure the butter/horseradish/lemon sauce was covering all the potatoes. Got rave reviews from our guests, and it's really tasty! I will make this again. It's an easy recipe and really delicious!

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki
Excellent! I doubled the recipe for 6 large chicken breasts, and only had time to marinate for 1 hour. Based on "LOVESTOEAT" comments, I used only 1.5 c. teriyaki (low sodium) vs. 2 cups, and all the other ingredients as written. I hand squeezed lemons for the lemon juice and used minced garlic from a jar. Used toasted sesame oil, which adds a lot of flavor! I got lots of compliments from my guests, and I thought it was delicious!
