Butternut Squash Soup with a Kick
Sauteed Onion, garlic, carrot, celery, potato, and ginger in butter. Used homemade chicken broth (chicken broth blended with vegetables) Ran half of cooked mixture through vitamix and blended with remaining soup. Added cayenne. Added goat milk, coconut milk, and sour cream to mixture. Topped with black pepper, chives, and cayenne when served.
