Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

I followed the recipes pretty close. I only used 4 porkchops (4 servings), and I didn't have french-fried onions, so I used 1/2 c. bread crumbs. I also used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of celery soup.

Grilled Pizza Wraps

I did this as each individual tortilla. One tortilla has 1 Tbs. spaghetti sauce, 17 turkey pepperonis, sauted onions and bell pepper, and 1/8 c. shredded cheddar cheese. each serving has 255 cal and 9.25 g of fat.

Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli

I made a half version of this recipe. I used turkey sausage links and whole wheat spirals, and left out the olive oil. I used 3/4 cups of chicken broth instead. It was a little dry, but very good! 4 servings with 364 calories and 4.6 grams of fat.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

I cut this recipe in half. I used 8 chicken tenderloins, 1 ranch dressing package, and 1/4 c. bread crumbs. I also coated the chicken with fat free yogurt before the bread mixture. Very good, but a little salty.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Very sweet. I wouldn't add as much sugar next time. Also, I served 1 cup of fruit with 2 sheets cinnamon graham crackers instead of making the chips. 230 cal and 2.5 grams of fat. This felt like a dessert!
