Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2014
Great recipe! I didn't have any fresh garlic, so I just used some garlic powder and it still turned out great! Also used low sodium soy sauce and omitted the chilli flakes. I'll be using this again for sure!

Parrothead Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
This salad was a huge hit with my family. We didn't even need to use the poppy seed dressing, as the juices from the fruit made a delicious dressing itself! I will definitely make this again!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
I found these to be very greasy in the pan. I ended up taking them out of my baking dish and putting them on the broiler pan for 15min to help drain off some of the grease. I should have taken the advice of some other reviewers and pre-cooked the bacon a little bit before wrapping the chicken. The flavour of the filling was great though. I used asiago cheese instead of feta and it still tasted great.

amazing. These are the best squares I think I've ever had. They were a big hit at our last dinner party.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
This was a pretty tasty recipe, I just found it a little too salty for my liking. It may have been the type of suffing mix and soup that I used. I tend to not use a lot of pre-packaged foods when I cook, so I can really taste all the salt! Next time I will try using reduced sodium ingredients!

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2009
This was a great recipe. I cut back on the chicken stock used with the sour cream, but used the extra to simmer the chicken in. I added a touch of cayenne pepper to kick it up a little bit, substituted the onion for shallots, and added some sliced carrots and frozen peas to add some veggies to it. My room mate (who is a picky eater) devoured it, then went back for seconds =)
