I cheated and used a bag of cole slaw and "Cardini's" Roasted Asian Sesame Dressing...and it was delish! Exactly what we were looking for and it hit the spot!!!

Delicious, just like grandma used to make! Although, I left out the bacon.

Savory Corn Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
These got rave reviews at my daughter's Kindegarten Thanksgiving Feast. I wanted to bring muffins that were going to be moist and delicious even though they wouldn't be straight out of the oven. These delivered!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IX

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
Great recipe! I would prefer a little extra sweetness, next time, I might add some chocolate chips. I love this because I am dairy-free and it is hard finding recipes that I don't have to alter. Thanks!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
These were so soft, it was hard to keep it together (even when frozen, they thaw quickly). The bark coating doesn't cover pretty, I tried it microwaved, and over a double broiler and it still was not pretty on the "ball". I was hoping to find a recipe that can do them as well as the "bakery" I use, but it just didn't please my cake ball need! ;) Thanks

Sizzling Chicken Skewers

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
We loved this, and it got 2 thumbs up from my kids! I varied it a little because I made it last minute, so I used what I had. I left out the cayenne, but used hot salsa, and the kids didn't complain. I didn't have cilantro, but had parsley and mint in my garden and it made a nice variant. I broiled the skewers and left off the bell peppers and served over rice. Thanks for the recipe, we will use it again!

Chicken Dumpling Strips

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
I used butter, and added sauteed celery, onion and carrots to the soup. I also doubled the recipe for our family. I love your dumpling recipe! My family loved this, I think it will be my new "go to" dumpling recipe! Thanks!

Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
great recipe! I also used AP flour, and vanilla instead of almond extract, and it was great! I was in a time crunch, and just creamed it all together, instead of seperating the eggs, and it probably wasn't as fluffy, but still delish! Thanks!

Yummy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
I made the cookies too big (actually my girls did) so they were very soft. That was my fault, although they were delish! Nice recipe, Thanks!

Frozen Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This recipe is very delicious! I also added a little lemon zest, and juice. It honestly tastes like a muffin mix, yet it is from scratch! My daughters raved about it.
