Ham with Pineapple Sauce

The pineapple sauce was amazing. It was very sweet for my taste I think next time I will cut the sugar down but my family loved it. It's good over warmed biscuits too!

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

No-Fuss Rice Pudding

I used leftover brown rice, egg substitute and Splenda, a combo of fat free 1/2&1/2 and cooked it for the time the recipe said. It was good, the egg did scramble and I did need to stir in some extra half and half at the end. I also added some cinnamon. It was good for a quick dessert or when you need something sweet!!

Amusement Park Cornbread

I loved this recipe! I halved it, since it's just me who likes cornbread...I used whole wheat flour instead of white and made 4 large muffins, turned out great!! Thanks for the recipe!

Classic Tiramisu

I'm sorry...but I don't think this turned out well at all. I followed the directions exactly, my yolk/sugar mixture was a bit weird and it never set up even after being made over 24hrs in advance. I'm a bit dissapointed because the ingredients were expensive and none of my guests liked it so it all got tossed.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I've only had sugar cookies from a roll, never homemade, but I wanted to try them for easter. I followed the recipe exactly and put the dough in the fridge for a couple of hours since I had to run out of the house. I did need some extra flour to roll them out with. I did think the taste was a little bland, but the icing I used was very sweet so it worked out great.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Loved the icing! I did use heavy cream instead of the milk, because I had a little left over from something else and I hate waste. It worked great! I really like the almond flavor! My new icing recipe! Thanks!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Ok, these are incredible! I made the cookies exactly as written except I cut the recipe in half since it's just me and my son who like oatmeal cookies...that was until the other kids tasted them then Iwish I would've made the full amount. I did add to the half recipe 1/8tsp of ground cloves, and also to a few cookies I added some craisins. Very,very good, this is my new oatmeal cookie recipe!

Dumplings

These were good, I made some like the recipe said, my family liked them. I also made them with whole wheat flour, left out the sugar, butter spread, and lowfat milk. They turned out just fine for chicken and dumplings!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Very good recipe. I did 1/2 blue cheese and 1/2 ranch, mozzarella cheese and canned chicken. Next time I will definatly use chicken breast in this. Combined it all and put it in the slow cooker for 2hrs on high then turned it to low until my guests arrived. Definatly will be making this again!

Eggnog Quick Bread

The bread was good, maybe it was the brand of eggnog I used but it didn't taste very much like eggnog even though I doubled the eggnog. I also added double nutmeg and some cinnamon. The bread was moist, probably due to the extra eggnog. My kids liked it, so I'll probably make it again.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This is the best banana bread I've ever had! I made the recipe as written except I used 3 med banana's and 2 small mashed. (I love banana, so for me the more the better!) I split the batter between 4 mini loaves and baked for 35-40 minutes. Definatly a keeper recipe!

Fruitcake Cookies

These cookies were so good! I'm the only one in my family who likes fruitcake, so I scaled down the recipe to only make a dozen, just enough to get my fruitcake fix. They hit the spot! Very good! Will definatly make again! Thanks for posting!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

I loved these! I did use margarine because that's all I had, I bet they would be even better with butter, but they were still really good. I did add the salt and vanilla that everyone else seemed to suggest. They held their shape really well too.
