Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
Made this recipe as it's written. The only thing I changed was that I used fresh chopped garlic instead of minced and boneless skinless chicken tenders because thats what I had on hand. I baked the chicken for 20 minutes at 375 and broiled for about 5 minutes until the chicken started to brown. What I love about this recipe: Great flavor with only a few ingredients and it is super quick and easy to whip up. However, next time I think I will reduce the amount of butter, just because I felt like it was a lot.

Ann's Sister's Meatloaf Recipe

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2012
I think this is a great meatloaf base recipe, but there is a lot of room for improvement. I omitted the MSG and bacon. I used italian seasoned bread crumbs, added garlic powder and a splash or two of worchestershire sauce. Even with these modifications both my husband and I found this meatloaf relatively bland. However it was very moist and good otherwise. I will definitely try this again but with more seasoning.

Kielbasa and Kidney Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
I LOVED this recipe! I changed a few things though. I decided to forgo the peppers, I added one clove of fresh chopped garlic, and only used 1/8 C of brown sugar because I didn't want it quite so sweet. I used red beans and served it over brown rice with fresh green beans. The sweetness of the sauce was really good with the saltiness of the kielbasa! Next time I'll use more onion & garlic. Great recipe, this one's going in the recipe book!!

Beef Mac Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Made this tonight and EVERYONE went back for seconds. I also used 2 cloves of fresh garlic. I used cyan pepper instead of red pepper flakes and regular salt because I didn't have an celery salt on hand. Served with green beans. Nice easy meal!
