Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
The taste and chewy texture are fab. But mine spread like crazy... Could be my fault. I used margarine because I didn't have butter on hand. Will definately try again sometime.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I'm not sure what happened... but this recipe didn't work for me. It didn't seem to have enough liquid. And I thought it made way too much of the crumble topping than needed. The topping all slid down the muffins and burnt on the pan.

Kung Pao Chicken
Awesome, loved it! I didn't have any wine, because i drank it all. So I subbed rice wine vinegar. Didn't put any nuts because I wasn't in the mood for that texture. Really loved it. Definately a keeper.
