I made this a while ago, and LOVED it. The flavors blend perfectly, and who doesn't love something wrapped in bacon! Great recipe.

Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Keni turned me on to this tonight, and I'm glad she did. I was skeptical because I enjoy swordfish as is, with just some lemon and s&p. But, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised!! I loved the flavors of the cucumber sauce and the bbq coated swordfish. The only thing I did different, and only because I did not have an onion, was that I used a shallot instead. I will be posting pics on my page tonight. Great recipe, awesome flavor, and it does not overpower that delicious swordfish flavor. Thanks Cyndi! (and keni, for the suggestion!)

Risotto with Asparagus

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2010
Best risotto I've made to date. The asparagus added such a great flavor. I did everything according to the recipe, except I added some baby bella mushrooms and a few minced peperocini peppers for a kick. ...but the asparagus remained the star of the dish. Thank you!

This recipe was suggested to me earlier this week. Thankfully I took the advice! It was very easy to make and came out delicious, as is. A perfect side to any dish, or even as a main course

Slow Cooker Risotto

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
This recipe was simple and nearly as good as a stove top risotto that requires a lot of attention. Perfect side dish for any meal, and any vegetable will compliment it. Great recipe!

Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
This was an amazing meal. The sauce was as flavorul and rich as any I'd ever made before. The lamb shanks were fall-off-the-bone delicious and it was all so simple to make! I made minor adjustments. I ground red, green and black peppercorns with sea salt and rubbed it on the shanks before searing. Whatever was left over i tossed in the sauce for simmering. Great recipe!!

Quick and Easy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
This recipe is delicious! The lime shines through but does not overpower. Like a Pica de gallo, only much tastier. I served smothered in buttered lobster...unbelievable!!! Thanks Ken. Great recipe.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
This is THE BEST recipe I have ever used for lamb. The mixture of bread crumbs, oil, garlic etc creates a layer of flavor so rich and complimentary to the lamb that I could hardly believe it. Great recipe, made as is, no changes.

Country Cape Cod-ci Recipe

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
This recipe is easy and quick to make. It came out perfect! I didn't change anything, but I also didn't have any Old Bay, so that was omitted. Next time i will put it in there, though. This one's a keeper. Thanks Keni!

I used the recipe exactly as it's stated on here and it came out fine. I paired it with steak and the flavors weren't all that good together. Everyone agreed, however, that the potoatoes were delicious.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2009
This was the best pizza I have made so far. The dough was perfect, the sauce and garlic butter were both delicious and added so much flavor. I added baby bella mushrooms and red bell pepper for a slight change to the recipe, but it would have been just as flavorful without them. Fantastic recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
It was good, but as with many slow cooker meals, the flavor was watered down...to me anyway. The leftovers made a decent pot roast dinner the next night, though. The sauce was tasty, but I would prefer it separate and the roast done in an oven. Again, personal preferences.

I made the recipe with just a bit more goats cheese, but otherwise just as stated above. The burgers came out juicy and absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try them on the grill!
