Crispy Roasted Chicken
I followed this recipe exactly, with the exceptions of deciding to "tent" the chicken so it didn't get too brown and using a whole chicken. My family went nuts, it is honestly one of the very best recipes on this site. Excellent cold the next day too! Thanks a lot for a permanent addition to our dinner rotations!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
This is simple and very much comfort food. I added two cups of the soup. One cream of mushroom and one cream of chicken. Also skipped the mayo and used some milk and leftover broth from boiling the chicken and I seasoned that warer with salt, pepper and garlic. I also used fresh broccoli. Mix all together top with a bit of the stuffing and cheese and PRESTO! Yummy Yum Yum ! Great leftovers too, I was so miffed when both kids asked for it in their lunches the next day and mommy had NONE!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
I could not be happier, really when this hit my mouth I almost wept. I am a Chicago native and the food there is second to none. I miss it dreadfully. This recipe turned out EXACTLY like the sandwiches back home, smells the same, looks the same and tastes the same if not better than I remember! I used a 3 lb. chuck roast, 2 cups of water and one of beef broth, and did use 2 of the packets of dressing and that was that!THANK YOU for this recipe I will make it again and again.
