Sour Cream Pork Chops

very good. I'll definitely make it again but I haven't craved it since I made it the first time. My hubby really liked it. It came out very tender and not dried out like pork can get.

Tuna Noodle Supreme

excellent dish. I used all low fat substitutions and I didn't have red pepper so I used green instead. I also used 1 and 3/4 of a can of tuna vs just one can. I added sharp shredded cheddar cheese to the top during last 15 minutes which added great flavor and texture. Next time I'll try roasted red peppers instead of fresh red pepper. YUM! everyone loved it!

Morning Glory Muffins I

great for breakfast. a little sweet. I'll definitely make them again but maybe with a little less sugar. I might try incorporating a little of the wheat germ into the mix instead of just on top where most of it falls off when you eat them. Thanks for the recipe.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

very good recipe. I used half white half brown sugar, half regular and half whole wheat flour and instead of blueberries, I used 2 cups of frozen cranberries which I always have on hand. The sweetness of the bread was balanced by the tartness of the cranberries. I'll definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe.

Strawberries and Cream Cake

this cake made a beautiful presentation and everyone loved it. I thought the flavor was just o.k. The icing was very sweet and the cake itself tasted like fake strawberries. Maybe next time i'll use some strawberry extract to enhance the strawberry flavor.

Pretzel Turtles

everyone loves them. so quick and easy to make even small batches in the toaster oven. for people who don't like nuts, you can top with another pretzel which adds a little more salt to offset the sweetness of the rolo.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was delicious! I stuck with the original recipe but added fresh celery and carrots. I could only fit one roll of biscuits in my crock pot and I let them cook for 1 hr & 45 minutes stiring occasionally after I took the chicken out which already cooked for 6 hours. I think the chicken would've been fine after only 5 hours. I will definitely make this again. May add frozen peas as well next time and maybe use reduced sodium chicken broth. Thanks for the recipe!

Creamy Saffron Shrimp with Gnocchi and Caramelized Onion

excellent flavor, easy to make. Only changes are don't cook the shrimp as long, and I used a cast iron skillet which retains heat so I'll use a lower heat next time. It turned out a little dry.

Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

So easy, so quick and sooo tasty. Wouldn't change a thing except to bake it a little longer (20 minutes vs 17) to get the pita a little more crisp around the edges. I also used the larger 10" pitas. A definite keeper!
