I just wanted to say that I made this cake AND frosting with margarine and soy milk (Brother-in-law has milk protein allergy. yay.) and it came out so rich and yummy, none of us could finish a piece.
I wouldn't have changed the recipe if I didn't have to, and I won't change it for my birthday next month! ;) I'll bet it's delicious!
