Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken

Very nice dish! I paired this with seasoned rice pilaf, but next time, i will go with plain white/wild rice to use a 'sops'.

Nice combination of spices, but ultimately way too much for the quantity of chicken. Either reduce the spices in half, or double the chicken. I used this recipe as the base for blackened chicken sandwiches.

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich

As written i would give this 3 stars, because shredded rotisserie chicken doesnt really fit. I would recommend trying this recipe using larger pieces of baked or even grilled chicken, and serving with celery sticks to break up the dish.

Pasta Primavera with Smoked Gouda

Nice twist on primavera - i stirred in the gouda while the pasta was still warm & added the parmasean to the individual dishes. I would count on using significantly more parmasean, otherwise the dish needs salt.

Bob's Mexican Stuffed Chicken

I was disappointed with this recipe. The flavor of the coating was too strong, and seemed to clash. Not something i would be interested in cooking again.
