Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2010
These weren't the greatest twice baked potatoes my husband and I have had, but they were tasty. Even after I was full I went back for just one more potato. I loved how easy they were. If I were to do something different next time, I would mix the bacon in the potatoes, instead of adding on top.

Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
The taste was there, but mine did not set up. When I cut into it, the "meatloaf" globbed on the plate. Next time I would bake it in a casserole dish, as the picture shows, and hopefully that will help

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
I would give this a five, but I didn't have bread crumbs, and don't like to rate things a 5 when I didn't use the true recipe. That said I LOVED this recipe. We do have leftovers but completely on purpose. My only compliant abotu this is it was swimming in grease, but the chicken didn't taste greasy at all. I will ABSOLUTELY make this again. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: May 19, 2009
I owuld have given this a five but I changed the original recipe a little bit. I followed another reviewers advice and added a 1/4 cup of white wine. I served this with whole wheat noodles. A friend said he would have rated it 4.5 stars and long-time boyfriend said he would like this again for dinner.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
This was an ok stew. I usually make stew with V8 so I felt it was lacking a little bit, but my husband loved it with the beef broth. The meat wasn't quite as tender as I thought it would be. My favorite part was that you didn't have to fry the beef in oil before putting in. Not greasy at all. Served it with store-brought biscuit.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
This was very good and handy because I had all the ingredients already. I read some of the reviews and one suggested using chicken broth instead of water. It made it a bit salty, but it wasn't too much. I added several spices, but nothing fancy. This dish comes out very pretty.

This is the easiest, best recipe I've found for Pulled Pork. I made it for a party and it was devoured!! I will definitely make this again!

Pesto Pita Appetizers

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
I brought these to my aunt's birthday and people raved about them. They were easy to make and can be adjusted to taste if you want. I didn't take any home!!
