Mom of four keeps me on my toes, and keeping family mealtimes creative can be a challenge! Italian pastas and mexican dishes are a family favorite around here. All of my cooking influences came from midwest relatives with generations of farm-fresh recipes. Turning these comfort foods into a healthier meal for my own family, is a lot of fun! I've enjoyed creating gourmet meals for two all the way up to crowd pleasing meals for 200. I love a chance to try new recipes on the masses! Not too many yet!
