Lemon Chicken
Made this today for the first time and it was a hit! Totally gone at the end of dinner too. The only thing I changed is instead of using regular instant rice, I put in a pouch of Lipton Chicken flavored rice and it added a lot of flavor to the dish. Definitely one I'll make again per the requests from the family.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
I made this yesterday for Easter and....wow! It came out absolutely perfect and tastes great! I'm sure it'll get rave reviews today. The only change I have to mention is it took longer than 50 minutes to bake. More like 90. The edges were done at 50 minutes but the middle was still soupy. 90 minutes had it completely done and after cooling it in the fridge and tasting it, my husband said how good it was and my daughter loved it. Amazing recipe!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I made these today to try them out before servings them for Super Bowl tomorrow. I never used a deep fryer either so I went out and bought one just to make these. Wow! These turned out perfect! Very crispy, very tasty and everybody loved them. I'll have no problems serving these tomorrow. Thanks for an awesome recipe.
