Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I cannot wait to sink my teeth into this! I have always stayed away from pb fudge recipes because I fail at them. This one is GREAT! I did read all the reviews and adjust my amounts as most others did. I licked the beaters and scraped a bit from the mixing bowl and it is wonderful! I can tell already it will come out great by how it went into the pan, perfect consistency. I also discovered that the mixture before adding to the confectioner's sugar tastes awesome and would be a wonderful ice cream topping. I'm going to experiment and make another batch and stop there and see what happens. I was thinking it would keep nicely in a jar in the fridge and then warm the amount you need for topping. Excellent recipe, thank you for sharing!

Italian BBQ Pork Chops

Absolutely delicious and made even tough white meat tender. The sauce is so good and could be used on just about anything but really does wonders for plain old pork chops. I have always struggled with grilling pork chops and these come out fabulous, tender and juicy even! Leftover sauce keeps well in the fridge for other uses. Thanks for sharing a super recipe!

Portuguese Pork with Red Peppers

So simple, so delicious! My favorite pork recipe of any. Served to guests and everyone loved it. Pairs well with Sarah's Rice Pilaf from this site. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

This is hands down the BEST slaw recipe I have ever used. It is the ONLY one I make and one that I often bring to parties. Even picky slaw eaters love it! Perfect flavor, perfect consistency... just all around perfect! Thank you for sharing a superb recipe!

Easy Key Lime Pie II

Delicious! Perfect consistency and flavor, very refreshing after a spicy meal. I did bake at 350 for 10 minutes and still seemed wobbly so I left another 5 minutes and checked. It still wasn't completely set so I turned off the oven and let it sit another 5 minutes before removing it. After a few hours chilling the center was still a bit loose but came out of pie plate beautifully and tasted fantastic! Thanks for a great recipe! I used crushed Oreo cookies I had in the freezer, Sherbet flavored filled Golden Oreos for the crust and it was a super complement to the filling!

Baked Dijon Salmon

The best fish I've ever eaten or prepared... absolutely delicious! Turned out perfectly and tasted so good. I used panko crumbs and had leftover finely ground pecans in the freezer from Christmas baking and I lightly breaded the whole piece of fish and it just melts in your mouth. From now on I won't prepare salmon any other way and in fact, I'm going to try this on other types of fish and maybe chicken, too. Thank you for a superb recipe!

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

This is the recipe I've been trying to create for years! The best I've had by far homemade. It is as good (or better) than the mac & cheese at two local restaurants that I've been trying to duplicate. The sauce has the perfect consistency and flavor. I use fresh shaved parmesan on top instead of cheddar for a different flavor. Thanks for a perfect recipe! Who ever said the boxed stuff is better is crazy, this is the BEST!

Banana-Zucchini Bread

Delicious! Made 18 muffins and 24 mini muffins out of this recipe, baked the minis for 15 minutes and the regular sized muffins for 25 minutes. A fantastic recipe!
