Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

Great sauce, but it was a bit too sweet for our taste so next time i'll cut that down a bit on the brown sugar. But this is now going to my favorite bbq sauce from now one.

This was really good the first day, but if you have left overs that wasn't so great. The cucumbers took on an odd taste and the tomatoes turned mushy. I'm not say that this is a bad recipe for it's not, but needs to eaten fully the first day and not allowed to sit around much longer than that.

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

Very tasty! The chicken was so moist and very flavor able, the Parmesan is the plus in this recipe. Did add the butter/garlic mixture to the dish which added a nice heavier garlic flavor. After wards made a gravy from the drippings in the pan...yummy!

Easy Raspberry Lemonade

Very refreshing, but thought the lime juice gave it a bit too much tartness. Next time I'll try it without the lime juice and just rely on the lemon-lime soda. But otherwise I do like it and will definately make it again.

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

This is awesome! Its the closest to store bought ranch dressing. I did cut the buttermilk down to 1 cup after reading a review and I too have to agree that I like it better with just 1 cup of buttermilk. Will most definately use this recipe for all my future ranch dressing needs.
