Norris' Sesame Pasta Salad

This salad was fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added a few squirts of lime juice to give it a bit of extra tang, although it's also perfectly good without it. I went full gourmet and made my own honey roasted peanuts, which I think gave it a sophisticated touch. I think this would also be a great main dish with the addition of tofu or chicken.

Wonderful dish. I followed it to the letter, and it turned out perfectly. Make sure to choose ripe ingredients, and especially the sweetest tomatoes you can find. Next time I think I'll try spicing it up with a bit more garlic and adding some hot pepper, just because I love spicy food.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

*WOW!!!* These are amazing! I followed the recipe exactly, except I substituted 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of white to make them extra chewy. I also underbaked them to make sure they were really gooey. I had to flatten them down with a fork a bit when they were about halfway done, but they turned out fantastic! This recipe is really decadent and delicious. Highly recommended.

Simple & delicious. For intermediate bakers, this is the perfect base recipe to make your own changes. For example, I replaced some of the flour with oatmeal and finely chopped walnuts and it turned out beautifully. I like slicing only about 6 or 8 cookies to bake at a time so that they are always oven-fresh when I need them.
