Asian Chicken and Rice Bake

this turned out great...i substituted chinese 5 spice for the garlic, and regular cream of chicken soup and used chicken broth instead of water. also added a splash of milk. cooked perfectly, tasted awesome!!

Slow Cooker Ham

first time i put a ham in the crock pot...used a spiral ham, put a can of pineapple chunks and 1/2 cup of brown sugar...cooked about 2 hrs on high...turned out fabulous! i used a slow cooker liner and a sheet of heavy foil, shiny side down...ham is moist and beautifully cooked! family loved it!!! will never cook a ham in the oven again!!!
