About this Cook
~I might be ugly but I'm a good cook!~
My favorite things to cook
Mexican food and deserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday meals are a must in my family.
My cooking triumphs
Sauces, I don't know why but I am so 101 with sauces. Fried chicken is another triump, it only took 15 years to get it right.
My cooking tragedies
Burning sauces. So simple but yet so hard :(

Beef Asado
This is a good recipe. If you slice the beef thin and leave out the olives, bell pepers and potatoes you can use this as a filling for gorditas.

Gorditas
Good recipe, added one cup of mashed potatos to the masa or (boil one big potato). Adding the potato to it holds the masa together when you fry it or it can come out crumbly or brake up when you cut it in half.

Conchas (Mexican Sweet Bread)
Mine didn't turn out right. The stuff you put on time did though. My bread came out like rocks nearly. I gave it 3 stars becaues I think the recipe is off some what.
