Zucchini Brownies
I followed the recipe to a T except I didn't make the frosting. I believe if the brownie was really good, the frosting wouldn't or shouldn't make a difference. Well, this recipe turned out very good...for chocolate cake! Very moist and the chocolate flavor really shines. But I was looking for a brownie, similar in texture perhaps to the one out of a box. I guess I just want it fudgier than this recipe.
