I am a Culinary Specialist in the Navy. I am designated as an Enlisted Aid who cooks for VIP's and Distinguished Guests.I do not cook your normal Navy chow. I have been to a varity of Navy,Army and Civilian school for cooking and fine dinning. I have been cooking for 25 years. I have cooked for Presidents, Heads of States and Politicians. I have been ask to do catering jobs for a varity of people in and around the RI area. I am always willing to learn and explore new recipes and ideas. I love a good challenge and will also challenge my self to try something new. I would love to one day get a lesson or to from Gordon Ramsey. I think he is and awsome Chef. I also Coach Football
