Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I absolutely loved this recipe!! It has been a VERY long time since I have enjoyed my own cooking...but when I made this...I was the one ranting and raving!!! Instead of wine, I used chicken broth.I didn't add the chicken granules. I doubled the sauce. With this I made stuffed baked potatoes...bake the potaotes..6 of them. Then I scooped out the potato from the skin. I put in my KA mixer and added 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, 2 cups tex-mex cheese, 1/4 cup real bacon bits, and chopped up some green onions. Scoop back into the skins, bake for 20 minutes at 400 and the turn up oven to broil and broil till nice brown and crispy. Awesome with the sauce on top!! Thanks for the great recipe!!!!
