Spicy Bean Salsa

My friends devoured this salsa after a night of drinking. I got so many complements. They make me seem like I'm some kind of master chef even though it's the easiest thing to make. I would use just a half a cup of Italian dressing next time.

Terrific Turkey Chili

Everyone loved it. Even my friend who's going to culinary school. This makes a good amount of zucchini. Two medium one are good enough if you don't want a lot of it.

Tortellini Soup I

After experimenting with a few Tortellini Soup recipes, this is the one I will now go to. Using the stewed tomatoes are much easier than peeling and chopping fresh ones. The 2 green peppers added a good heartiness to the soup as well.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili

This recipe is pure genius. The liquid smoke combined with the habenaro combined with the hot chocolate mix makes for a chili unlike anything I've ever had before. The garlic just adds to it as well. Just don't eat it right before going to bed. The hotness might give your insides a run for its money.

This is without a doubt the best meal I have ever made. I made it for my family for mother's day and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe exactly and while this recipe is very adaptable, I wouldn't change a thing. Make sure to have bread for soaking the broth and have two big bowls for discarding the shells and tails. I used white crabmeat because it was cheaper than lump crabmeat and while it somewhat disappeared into the broth, I think it added to the richness of the broth. I was afraid one bunch of fresh parsley would be too much, but it wasn't. Everything tasted incredible. Everyone had seconds and there was only one bowl of leftovers, which still tasted great the next day. My dad, who is an amazing cook wants the recipe. While it is expensive, this is something everyone should experience at least once in their life.

All-Around Good Smoothie

I've made this every single day this week. I've made it part of my daily breakfast routine. It's great for those who don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning. Very healthy too. Slice the bananas, then freeze them. Frozen bananas last for a long time. Get ground flax seed in the pharmacy section of the grocery store. The frozen fruit makes it cold enough to not need any ice. Love it!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Like everyone else says, this chili really does get better with age. I thought it could be a bit more spicy but I love the hot stuff. After trying out several other chili recipes, this is still the best one out there. It makes plenty and always tastes great.

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

I made this for my dad as a father's day present. I put it in small mason jars. This makes a good amount. I've got plenty of sauce for the both of us. Honestly though, this might be the best hot sauce I've ever had. The taste is unlike anything I've had before. Forget about what others said about there being too much yellow mustard. It's really not that noticeable. I used 12 seeded habaneros it surprisingly was not nearly as hot as I thought it would be. The can of peaches adds a great sweetness to it that allows your taste buds to notice the sweetness of the sauce first, and the heat of the habaneros after. This is absolutely perfect for burritos. I've been using it as my go to sauce for Chipotle burritos instead of the smoked tabasco. I'll most likely be making this sauce again when it runs out.

Five Meat Habanero Chili

Great chili. Very unique. Every bite was a surprise with what kind of meat you'll get. The blend of beans this chili uses really sets it apart. I thought it could have used a little more spices though.
