Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa
This was so good that I made it TWICE in one week. The first time I forgot CORN and it was still delicious. The jicama makes the salsa so try very hard to find it! My fiance isn't crazy about fish so the 2nd time I made it with chicken seasoned with Mrs. Dash's Fiesta Lime seasoning. It was a HUGE hit... he said it was the best taco he'd ever had in his life. :) Both times I added black beans and avocado. YUM!

Lamb Tagine
This was phenomenal! I made it in my crock pot and cooked on low for 8 hours. My father in law went back for THIRDS... and he's Moroccan so it must have been authentic! :) Changes: I couldn't find saffron at my grocery store so had to omit. I added 2 cups of cubed sweet potato. Thanks for sharing!

Brown Sugar Smokies
These are just a huge hit every time I take them anywhere. They do make a huge mess but oh so totally worth it! Great for Superbowl Parties. Not for dieters lol. :)
