Grilled Salmon I
Made this at my MIL's house and it was fantastic! My variation: I cut the brown sugar in half. I also didn't have 2 hours to marinade, so I put in fridge for 30 minutes, then drizzled some of the marinade on top of the salmon before putting it the oven. Mother-in-law said I was the best cook & kiddies asked for "third" helpings.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
I will probably attempt this again. It was easy. I just didn't care for the addition of the salsa; so not the fault of the author.

Lance's French Onion Soup
As several others noted, I used wine that I had available, which was a Merlot. Not sure you can go wrong with any variations on this recipe. Perfect onion soup!
