I had made Sean's Mommy's Roasted Root Veggies from this site earlier this week. And with only 3 in the household, there were plenty of leftovers. So I made this soup to use them up. Cut the time down quite a bit since the veggies were already roasted earlier in the week. Wonderful flavor. Loved it!!! Thanks.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This is the second time I've made this recipe and my family loves it. Nice change from potato and rice side dishes. Only used one can of black beans this time and didn't have vegetable broth so used chicken broth instead. Still turned out great!!! Thanks for sharing.

Easy Tuna Casserole

When my husband saw what I was making for dinner, he turned up his nose cause he's not a big tuna or french fried onion fan. But when it came time to eat, he went back for seconds and commented on how good this recipe was. He also took it to work for lunch the next day. I did double the tuna and added peas. Great recipe!!! My whole family loved it!!! Easy and very tasty.

Spicy Orange Teriyaki Marinade

Made this last year for a Halloween party and the kids loved it. My daughter wants me to make it again this year. Instead of ghosts, we topped each drink with two gummy eyeballs. Kids thought it was great!

Maple-Soy Glazed Salmon

Wonderful!!! Marinated the salmon for abount an hour in all ingredients instead of using it for basting. Also, grilled in on my Cuisineart indoor grill instead of a cedar plank. It was great!!! Will definetly make again and again and again!!!
