I was the lead cake decorator in a store, which allowed me to practice my technique, and learn to airbrush incredibly well. While I don't enjoy decorating as much as I once did, I have pride in the fact that I do have such a great talent.
My cooking tragedies
First time using seasoning salt and learning that it is more salt than seasoning lol

Chicken Bouillon Rice
The only thing leaving it short of 5 stars is that it's still just rice. Plain rice doesn't deserve 5 stars for me. That being said, it was good. Although I'm one of those pesky reviewers that doesn't follow the recipe to a T...I'll admit it...I used 4 cubes instead of 2...lol...and I used brown rice. So if you're wondering if it works for brown rice, it does. And if you're looking to add flavor to rice without adding tons of calories, this is the way to go. The cubes I used had 5 calories a piece. Considering the amount of flavor you can add, that's pretty great. I'm more of a baker so I'm thankful for recipes like this since I never have any idea what to make for dinner...just dessert! haha

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
I love this recipe. I used it for the first time I made chili. I now use it as a base recipe, and just play around with it. I never use salsa though, just didn't prefer it. I add alot of chili powder, garlic, onion, etc. It's a very good, thick, hearty chili. We always top it with sour cream and cheddar, and eat it with crackers. I've also cooked it in the slow cooker instead of the stove top, after I browned the meat of course.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs
I used this recipe the first time I made meatballs. I used beef though. It's a great recipe, but it DEFINITELY needs some seasoning to it. But it's great for basic meatballs. I added basil and oregano, but next time I'll add garlic to it.
