Don't like store bought mustard dressing at all. This was yummy! Quick and great as a marinade too.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2013
Just made this for dinner tonight and it was great. After reading some of the reviews I did wait until the end to add my peppers so they would not be mushy. I also added fresh garlic, ginger and shaoxing cooking wine. This is a keeper. Taste good and it was easy.

Ratatouille

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
Loved this! Never had ratatouille before, but will have it on the rotation now. I followed the directions except for the mushrooms (we were out), cooked uncovered for 45 mins and had no issues.

Chicken Lo Mein

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2012
This was a good dish, but not like restaurant lo mein. I added some carrots, broccoli and cabbage to it. We will be happy to finish the leftovers for lunch, but will keep looking for a recipe that taste more like what we get at the restaurant.

Love it. I make it all the time. It is not a traditional meatloaf. Sweet, but yummy.

Was not a fan of this one. I was hoping it would be more like magiano's spinach chicken manicotte, but nothing like it. I thought it needed a lot more falvor.

Pad See Ew (Thai Noodles with Beef and Broccoli)

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Love this reciope. Taste just like my fav resturant makes it. I use shrimp or pork instead of beef. And sub the brocooli with Gai Lan when I can find it.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Like the taste, but I think I need to work on the caramel topper. It turned out too chewy. Not sure what I did wrong. My husband thought it was a bit too sweat for breaskfast, but the kids liked it. It would be great to make for company since you can make it ahead of time and just pop in the over.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
I don't like to fry things myself so this was a great way for me to try one of my fav. dishes at home. It turned out great. I did sweat the eggplants for 30 min before breading and cooked each one about 10 per side before layering. Will make again soon.

Ciabatta Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
So easy to make in the bread machine ( I have a very old machine). I followed the recipe ingredients and used the frech bread setting, let it rise for an extra 15 mins, shaped, covered and let it rise for another 30 min then baked. I had no problems working with dough. Sprayed my hads with a little olive oil before taking out of machine. I made two loaf, but I think next time I will make it into one and a couple of rolls. It tasted more like a frech bread, but worked great to dip in my tomatoe soup and then panini sandwiches the next day. A lot cheaper then buying at the store and should save me a couple of emergency trips to the store for bread.

Tomato Bisque I

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Quick and easy! I used diced tomatoes and put half in the food processor to make it a bit smoother. I sometimes add garlic and what ever else is around, but not a must. It is still great with the 3 ingredients listed.

Sangria! Sangria!

Made this for a neighborhood pool party and everyone loved it. A very forgiving recipe, followed the recipe until I found I had another bottle of opened red wine so threw it in along with a some of the other ingredients, let it sit all day and served it up.

Whole Wheat Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
Loved these pancakes. Better than most restaurant pancakes. I didn't have buttermilk so did the milk/lemon recommendation from some of the other reviews. My kids loved them too. They freeze well, just pop in the toaster for quick breakfast.
