the book, others I tweak a bit as I know my family and what they
like. There are times when I will experiment and just throw
anything together to which my husband calls it a "Les-repi".

Italian Biscotti's.. Like my husband says, "I make a pretty good
Biscotti for a German!"
My cooking tragedies
Cooking for my husbands boss and his wife. My worst cooking failure. Burned the bacon for a Hot Bacon Salad dressing three times. Over cooked the Hollandaise Sauce (made from scratch) and it turned into scrambled eggs. Had the Chicken Cord en Bleu on a slow cook and it was so dry it was like saw dust! :(
