We did not like this at all. I gave two stars because we didn't follow the recipe exactly, otherwise, I would probably give only 1 star. I followed the suggestions of many and cooked in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes, wrapped individually in foil. I also increased the garlic, basil, and tomatoes and halved the wine (I used pinot grigio) as many reviewers suggested. However, this was still a soggy mess without much flavor. It was extremely bland. I think grilling would improve it because it might add some flavor. However, wrapped in foil with the wine, it would likely still be a soggy mess Our kids love tilapia, but did not like this recipe either. I was so disappointed since this recipe has been so highly rated. I definitely will not make this again.
