Lemon Cake
This is so delicious. For some reason, the cake pulled away from the sides. It was ugly, but so delicious. I added some juice from a real lemon and some zest to the batter. Very moist. I also used 3 whole eggs which made a denser cake. My family loved it. Great with canned lemon frosting.

Mom's Best Pork Chops
I made these twice and both times my family loved them. I used butterfly chops cut in half. The baking time could be slightly less because the first time they were a tiny bit dry.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
I divided the dough in two and made chocolate chip oatmeal and oatmeal raisin cookies. Deliciously soft, chewy, and flavorful cookies.
