Maple-Brined Pork Loin

I only had a small loin so I reduced the ingredients and cook time accordingly. I only had maple-flavored syrup but it was delicious, moist and tender. This recipe is a definite keeper and I will probably invest In some real maple syrup but I am not sure if I could stand it if it's any better! :) p.s. I brined it overnight in the refrigerator.

Easy Lemon Cookies

Simple and easy enough for a child. However the first batch on the ungreased cookie sheet stuck. I used parchment paper on the second batch and solved that problem

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Too salty and I used lower sodium soy sauce. The 2 1/2 pound roast was tough and dry after 5 hours on low setting. So I shredded the meat, continued cooking it overnight on low. Then added a bottle of barbecue sauce to make it edible because I hate wasting food.
