Husband really liked this! I had the Italian Herb Cooking Creme on hand, so that's what I used. I also added a dash of parmesan, but those are the only changes I made. Can't wait to try other recipes with the "creme".

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

My husband LOVED this. I just liked it-I'm not sure I'm a big fan of the frozen meatballs. But that's certainly not the fault of this recipe. It was SUPER easy, which is really helpful since I'm on bed rest for my first pregnancy.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

This was really good! My only complaint-and it's really more of my husband's complaint than mine-it needs more ground beef. I'll use two pounds next time. Also, I didn't get the seasoning and water put in, so I added an extra half-can of "cream of" soup and it turned out great! I will use a mild salsa next time, as well-but it's nice you can fiddle with the heat level depending on the salsa you use.

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

This was actually quite tasty! I'd make one note, though-larger chunks of ham kind of got a little mushy and discolored after sitting in the crock pot for a while. Didn't affect the taste much, but I'll be using smaller diced ham next time. Very tasty considering how easy it is to make.

Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano

This is really good and surprisingly easy. It makes a whole heck of a lot, though, so if you're a household of two like we are, cut it in half or even in quarters. I froze half of the last batch so we'll so how well the pasta holds up!

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

This is really quite good, particularly given how easy it is. It's a great recipe if you're one of us folks from the midwest who like their chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. Sometimes I have to thicken it up a bit for that purpose, but it works for it and is quite tasty. It also opens itself up to interesting additions like veggies!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I use a similar version to this and love it, but wanted to chime in the THE SECRET to a smoother sauce is to grate your own cheese! For some reason, the pre-grated stuff doesn't blend as well!

Six Week Bran Muffins

My Mom (and I) have been making this recipe since I was a kid. We've also been known to use bran cereals such as those bran square ring things. They all work just fine. It's not like a bran muffin-it's like a treat! I love it with a little bit of butter. SO very good!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I have made this bread many, many times since I first ran across it here. I can't believe it was so good that it replaced my Mom's recipe, but it did! We absolutely adore this recipe. One of the best on the website!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
