Didn't change a thing. My family loves this recipe!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
The recipe itself is great. The only problem I had was that I like to pipe my filling into the eggs so that it looks pretty and this was extremely difficult to do that with. The bacon and cheese kept clogging my tool that I use to pipe the mixture with! Next time I won't use that tool.

Black Bean Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2012
Holy is this good! I literally just made this...I didn't have the avacodo, jalepenos or the cilantro (will add that later today after a trip to the store)...but even without it. AWESOME. I left out the onions & pimentos...not a fan of either. I also used canned tomatoes that I rinsed and drained. No Italian dressing, just fresh garlic chopped.

Chip Chicken Lollipops

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
Just made this for dinner. It was ok, nothing special. We used Doritos, since my four year old daughter loves them. She only gets them as a special treat, so I thought letting her use them to prepare a meal would entice her to eat it. Not so much. We'll try this again with Sour Cream & Onion...

Green Punch

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
I made this for our grown-up halloween party and it was a big hit! I forgot to add the sugar and added sprite instead of ginger ale. Still turned out great! This will be on the menu next year!

Strawberry and Feta Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
This is a regular on our menu. My two year old loves it! The ingredients seem like they wouldn't do together, but the result is yummy. I follow the recipe exactly.

Wow, this sauce is awesome. I had people over for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, everyone loved it. I did add some jack Daniels to it, 1/8 cup.

Overnight French Toast I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
Before my changes a 3 star. After, a 5! Wow, you have to try this. I made it for Christmas morning and everyone loved it. I changed the following: I used day old sliced french baguette bread, I added 1/4 cup of sugar to the egg mix. I used 7 instead od 12 eggs. I also creamed the cream cheese, not leaving it as cubes. Try it, you'll love it!

Healthy Turkey Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Very easy to mix, I doubled the turkey and bread crumbs. Baked it for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Nothing amazing, but propbably I'd make this again.

Tainted Fruit Shots

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
I made two trays. One with vodka and strawberry jello. I used the same recipe for the second tray, but subbed in 99 bananas for the vodka. Both trays went over well, but the banana one was a bigger hit at the party. I would make these again.

Pizza with Pepper, Onion and Feta

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2009
Awesome and healthy! I roasted the veggies first (omitted onions) and added spinach leaves and canned artichokes. It went pretty fast. Next time I'll make two.

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Came out delicious, but I made some major changes. I simply chopped up all of the ingredients and slowly sauted them together-starting with the turkey. I also added some fresh squeezed lemon, tripled the amount of soy sauce and also added some hot sauce to it. The original recipe is good, but very time consuming and a bit bland. With the changes, it was fairly quick and had a slight kick to the taste. I also skipped the sauce enterely, it didn't need to be dipped in anything. My family really enjoyed it.
