I had my husband rate this recipe. I used two bags of 14 oz. shrimp, 12 oz. fettucine noodles, 1 1/2 TBS. cornstarch, and added a 4 oz. can of drained mushrooms after cooking sauce. I doubled the Parmesan cheese and used Italian seasoning and dried parsley. I followed the recipe in cooking the shrimp and garlic in the butter. I served it with seasoned green beans, but think next time, will have stirred fried Italian veggies or salad with it. Hubby says this is a "keeper."
