This recipe was great! I was crunched for time, so I used two cans of chicken breast meat, drained. I cooked it up in the skillet with the onions and minced garlic. It worked out great as it shredded itself as it cooked up. As that was cooking, I put everything else in a crock pot. I ended up using a large box of chicken stock and a large jar of medium heat Pace Chunky Salsa. Turned out wonderful, not too spicy! I was hesitant about the chips in the bottom of the bowl, but tried it. They are a must! Thank you for the recipe!!
