Great recipe! Took other member's advice and tossed chicked in flour and browned them up first. Then put sauce together. Let the sauce heat up and added chicken back in. Let the whole thing simmer together while I waited for the rice to finish up. Next time I will try adding some onions and green peppers! Yum!

This recipe was great! I was crunched for time, so I used two cans of chicken breast meat, drained. I cooked it up in the skillet with the onions and minced garlic. It worked out great as it shredded itself as it cooked up. As that was cooking, I put everything else in a crock pot. I ended up using a large box of chicken stock and a large jar of medium heat Pace Chunky Salsa. Turned out wonderful, not too spicy! I was hesitant about the chips in the bottom of the bowl, but tried it. They are a must! Thank you for the recipe!!

I used italian sausage instead of ground beef. It turned out great! I also usede the recommendations of other users and tossed the noodles in the sour cream befor mixing. I will definitely make this dish again!
