Zucchini Brownies
really good and chocolaty. love that they have zuchini. I use whole wheat flour and dust with powdered sugar rather than icing.

Spicy Black Bean Soup
this is an excellent black bean soup recipe! At first glance you might think it has too much garlic, but don't skimp---it adds a nice mellow flavor. this is seasoned very well--just a bit different from your average black bean soup recipe.

Marinated Turkey Breast
Excellent. I used this on a skinless, boneless turkey breast. Did not remove from marinade and baked covered in a glass dish for 50 minutes until thermometer read 170. Very, very tasty with reserved juice.
