Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
I put honey in instead of corn syrup (it was all I had), and it worked great. So yummy!

Tasty Tender Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
I browned this in a pan and then stuck it in the crockpot with the sauce on his for awhile (maybe 2 1/3-3 hours?). I served it on white rice, and it was really good. It sort of reminded me of sweet and sour pork, like you'd get at a Chinese restaurant over rice. Not exactly, but it reminded me of that and everyone loved it.

Chocolate Lover's Cake

I liked your changes. I never mind using a little less oil, and it came out as moist as could be. It was awesome. I think I need another slice...

Savory Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2011
Meh. I could only find southwestern chili sauce at the grocery store, so I used that with the Smucker's Concord Jelly. I don't know if regular chili sauce would have been better, but I wasn't in love with the flavor. When I had them in the crockpot, it was a really thin liquidy sauce. Once I put the leftovers in the fridge, a hard layer of orange fat hardened on the top. When I skimmed that thick layer off and reheated them, the sauce was a little bit better (not so runny anymore), but I still didn't love the flavor.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
I made this as a regular cookie, not with the filling inside (just because I was mailing it to Iraq). I stuck some M&Ms in the top before I baked them, and they were awesome. AWESOME.

Kylie's Ham Delights

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
I have loved this yummy little recipe. I also like adding some honey mustard to dip them in, or to spread on the sandwiches. That may just be me, though. I love honey mustard sauce - but I thought it was an extra yummy add on to an already awesome little sandwich.

Creamy Chicken Casserole

My husband liked this more than me. I thought it was all right, and I did add mushrooms and brocolli.

Fine chicken salad sort of recipe, but nothing out of the ordinary.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
Really easy and yummy. You can use your favorite BBQ sauce to make it taste however you want, but I used Bullseye Sweet and Tangy, and it tasted great. The baking in the oven is a great step beyond just the crockpot way, because it makes the tips crispy.

Thought this was a great recipe. Good with rice and a side of veggies.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This turned out great. I did what a lot of others suggested, though - I sauted some carrots in olive oil, with garlic and chopped onions and added them. Oh, I also opened a can of mushrooms and dumped them in. But the soup by itself would have been fine. Extra veggies just made it a little yummier.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

I really like this. You can put a pound of any kind of meat in, not just bacon. I did half bacon and half sausage. Yummm... my arteries are clogging just thinking about it, but yummm nonetheless.

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
Eh - it was okay. The inside turned out soggy, so I only really at the top that turned out toasty. We ate some while it was hot, but I doubt we'll touch the leftovers in the fridge. I'm sure they'll end up getting dumped out in a few days. Not a keeper for me.

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Crabmeat

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
I thought this was all right/bleh. I think I'd like a different filling better, not the crab-dill mushy stuff. I don't plan on making it again - the leftovers just sat in my fridge and finally got tossed.
