Red Velvet Cake
This is the best recipe that I have found with a few changes. I did follow the reviews and used 1 cup of vegetable oil and 2 cups of sugar. The cake was very moist and delicious. Next time I will use maybe 3 tablespoons of cocoa for more flavor. I didn't love the frosting, although is was good, I just prefer cream cheese icing with red velvet cake.

Apple Harvest Pound Cake with Caramel Glaze
This cake has a nice taste but the batter is very thick. Once it's cooked, the inside is moist but the outside hard and crusty. Didn't love it!

Italian Wedding Cookies III
These have the best flavor out of any wedding cookies that I have made. I doubled the recipe, did not use unsalted butter and did not add additional salt. I used chopped pecans instead of almonds and instead of 6 cups of flour, I only used 5. I was a nervous because the dough was a little crumbly, which is why I didn't add the additional cup of flour. However, these cookies turned out to be the best tasting cookies.
