Easy French Dip Sandwiches

WOW! Delicious! I did saute some onions and add to it and threw the bread in the broiler with some butter first. The best french dip I've ever had!!

Fried Rice I

Pretty good. I followed it exactly, but next time I'll use bread that's a little stale. That's a great tip I saw just now from another reviewer.

Enchilada Casserole III

This is a very "white" style enchilada casserole. I used black beans instead of refried, canned enchilada sauce and I used the taco cheese mix. I tasted ok, but I wouldn't make it again.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
