Extreme Chocolate Cake

This really is the best chocolate cake in the world! It's so moist and chocolaty that I find myself reveling with every bite. I followed the recipe exactly except I added about 2 cups less powdered sugar than it called for in the frosting and it still tasted amazing. My only note would be that if you're sensitive to caffeine, you may want to hold off from having a big slice after dinner. It's almost as potent as a cup of coffee! Thanks for the great recipe!

Moroccan Peach Roasted Chicken

Yummy! This recipe hit the spot for me. I had a bunch of peaches to use up and found this recipe. I used breasts as it's what I had and followed another's advice and used some diced onion and a sprinkle of cinnamon as well. Will definitely add it to my rotation. Thanks!

Honey Corn Bread

Yummy! This is a regular thing in our house after finding this recipe. Some of the best corn bread I've ever had. We follow the recipe to a tee with the exception of the corn kernels. Thanks for providing us a great staple!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I'm not sure why, but I didn't really care for these. They weren't soft and chewy like I had hoped. The taste wasn't as good as I had hoped either. Not sure what i did wrong.

Strawnana Bread

yummy! This was delish although I have to say that I did change it up a bit based on my own thoughts as well as other reviews. I replaced the oil with one stick of butter. I also omitted the orange zest, added a couple splashes of vanilla, and did one cup of white sugar and one cup of brown. I had read a couple reviews that said the bread was a bit dry so I decided to add a 1/2 cup of sour cream. Once the batter was in the pans I also sprinkled it with cinnamon and sugar so it would have a sweet crunchy top. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

PHILADELPHIA Creamy Pasta Primavera

This was tasty. I changed up the vegetables a bit to use what I had in the fridge; green pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, green onions, tomatoes, and spinach. I also cooked the chicken and veggies in some oil instead of salad dressing as I had a dry italian pack and just added it in as I cooked them. The only other thing I did different was to add a dash or two of Worcestershire. Overall a very yummy, simple dish.

Maria's Paella

This was delish! I did do a couple things different. I didn't have thighs so I used chicken breasts, I used turmeric since I didn't have saffron and I used zucchini instead of peas because we didn't have any of those either. Even with all the substitutions it as really yummy! We will definitely make it again - thanks for the yummy recipe. :)

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Yummy! This was delicious! I used a lot less butter though; 1/2 stick instead of 2 sticks. I also put a little garlic powder in at the end and put in about a third cup of chicken stock I needed to use up. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Surprise Cake

Yowza this is delish! I had a chocolate craving and thought this sounded good, but good grief, good doesn't begin to describe it. I could literally skip the plate, just grab a fork and eat the entire pan. I love the cayenne kick too. Definitely a keeper!

Cajun Baked Catfish

Yum yum yum!! This was absolutely delicious. Even my toddlers ate it. I did just a shake less of cayenne and pepper sauce because of them and it still came out perfect. This will be in our future rotations. Thanks for a great recipe!

Thai Shrimp and Noodles
