These are so YUMMY! I just picked my first pumpkin of the year from my garden and I made these from fresh pumpkin puree. Turned out great, my husband loves them. I didn't use the glaze because I had icing already in the fridge. Next time I will try with cream cheese icing.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

I made this for Christmas brunch and it was very good. The only thing I changed was I used Monterey Jack cheese instead of the Swiss.

Corn Casserole I

This recipe is awesome. I don't change a thing except sometimes I leave out the green chiles depending on who I'm making it for. I usually take it out of the oven before completely done in the middle to prevent the edges from getting too done. A lot of people ask me for this recipe.

Turtle Cheesecake

This is soooo good! I topped it with extra pecans and caramel and chocolate sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Everyone who tried it loved it.

Amish Macaroni Salad

This is a great recipe. I use about half the sugar, but I think the sugar is definitely necessary. I make this a lot for parties and BBQs in the summer. Goes great with anything grilled or smoked.

Cinnamon, Spice and Everything Nice Cookies
