This dish was a disappointment. I won't make it again.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I have made this before with four jalepenos instead of just one. It has a much better, not too spicy robust flavor.

Cranberry Orange Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This was okay, but not as perfect as I thought it would turn out. The taste seems like it is missing something.

Sweet Potatoes 'n' Pears

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I will make this every Thanksgiving from now on. I just added 1/2 a cup extra of pears to give it a hint of taste.

Ambrosia Salad II

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This is a wonderful taste, however my advice is to use name brand fruit cans like Delmonte or Dole. I made it once with generic cans of fruit and it was blah. Otherwise it's great. I also used a can of tropical fruits and that tasted better, a little more variety.

Gorgonzola Pear Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This is a must side dish for every ocassion, it is so tasty. I added a cup of heavy cream to the cheese to give it a richer and saucier taste. It is to die for.

Greek Style Garlic Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
My family went crazy for the taste of this chicken. Marinating it for the full 24 hours is essential. However, the olive oil can be adjusted to less, maybe cut it in half and it is just as effective.

This recipe is superb! And very cost efficient. I spent so much money in the past buying this ready-made. Never again!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
There is something about this recipe that doesn't seem quite right, but my family absolutely loves it so I am going to give it a 4 since they are my greatest critics.
