I have made this so many times I can't count. Everyone always raves over it. I took it to work for a Thanksgiving potluck and there wasn't even a morsel left! This has become my go-to recipe for sweet potatoes.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

I made this for a baby shower and it was a huge hit! There wasn't a dollop left and people kept asking me for the recipe. Quick, easy, and delicious. Right up my alley.

Apple Harvest Pound Cake with Caramel Glaze

This turned out really good. My only complaints were that I had way too much glaze and I had to adjust my baking time. It got a little well-done on the bottom, but it was still good. I do think that next time I will halve the glaze. I had to throw out a lot of it.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these cookies. I have made them over and over and I keep making them for myself and friends and family. I used different kinds of spreadable fruit and everyone raves about them. I can't get enough of them.
