Basil Vinaigrette Dressing
I LOVE this recipe and so does everyone I make it for. I blend everything in a blender which makes it thick and creamy. When you blend it it also means it stores better so you can keep in the fridge and use it for days. it also is great as a chicken marinade. Thanks for sharing!

Fish Tacos
AWESOME beer batter recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally great. We are from SD also. Loved it! I used a different sauce just because my husband loves it (which is very similar anyway) but the beer batter will now be my forever go to. THANK YOU!!!!

Grilled Chicken Mojito Sandwich
Wasn't sure about the flavors at first but it was excellent. Very refreshing summer sandwich and steps away from ordinary.
