Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This was very good and everyone enjoyed! I doubled the garlic amount since we all love garlic and lightly fried tenderloins then tossed in the sauce and let it simmer for about 10 min. Buying tenderloins saved time instead of cutting strips. Next time I will use low sodium soy sauce. It was just a little salty but still good. This is a keeper! Oh and the fresh ginger is awesome! I also used the Asian sirachi sauce! Yum!

Jewish Apple Cake
Wow I'm not sure what I did wrong and I love to bake. Someone had given me a bunch of apples leftover from a health fair and I thought i would try this...had to throw it away because it was dry and way too sweet for my taste and my family.

Beef Noodle Soup
Wow this good!! My teenage son commented "wow this is flipping good!" the whole family really liked. I too used sirloin and simmered for about 1 hour and 1/2. I kept adding beef broth as it evaporated and used the wide Amish noodles. Definitely a keeper! Thanks for the new soup recipe.
